Welcome to POLYGON, an action-packed mobile game (App) developed and launched by ORION CO W.L.L. (referred to as "Company"). By accessing and using the POLYGON App available through the Google Marketplace (Marketplace), you agree to abide by the following terms, conditions, and notices (referred to as "Terms of Use"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use, which may be updated periodically by us. Therefore, it is advisable to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. Additionally, by using the POLYGON App, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to Terms of Use

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on the App or through the Marketplace. ORION CO W.L.L ensures that it does not knowingly gather or retain any personal data from children under 13 years of age in the United States or below the applicable age threshold in other regions where the child is situated. Nevertheless, technical information essential for service delivery and internal operational support may be gathered from all users of our Properties. Should parents suspect that unintentional collection of their children's personal information has occurred or if such information has been used for unintended purposes, they are encouraged to contact us via info@theorionglobal.io.

By using the App or the Marketplace, you represent and warrant that:

You are not a current resident of the Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Iran, Afghanistan, Syria or North Korea; and
Your access to and use of the App and Marketplace comply with the laws of your country of residence.

App Usage

Access to the App is temporary, and the Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify the App without notice. The Company is not liable for any unavailability of the App. Periodically, access to certain parts or all of the App may be restricted.

The Company may modify the App's functionality and reverse benefits if deemed necessary, such as in cases of error or misuse.

Linked Sites

The App may contain links to other Apps or websites (Linked Sites) not operated by the Company. The Company has no control over Linked Sites and assumes no responsibility for them.
